Without effective design, people ignore great content.
It doesn’t matter what platform you use for messaging, it is critical to develop a visual framework, providing users with easy options for reading and understanding information in their preferred method. Some people like long technical documents. Others prefer to skim the headlines. Regardless, your information needs to be accessible in those preferences. It also needs to be consistent and predictable for repeat customers.
